Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping policies

Orders will be processed when payment is received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of ordering the order will be canceled and the product will be relisted.

Orders should arrive 5-10 days from date of payment.


Packages up to 13oz are shipped USPS First Class mail.
Packages 13+oz are shipped USPS Priority Mail.


A tracking number will be sent via emails, once we print the shipping label. Orders will be sent the same or next business day.


USPS flat rate shipping prices will be used for multiple item orders. Please contact me for pricing on bulk orders as the total weight will determine shipping costs.

If at any time we charge more than a $1 for shipping costs, we will do a partial refund for the cost of shipping overage.

 

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food, flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. However due to the nature of our bath and body products being custom made, these items are non returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to work with you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
